When the programming schedule is being closed, will be opened a call to the people of the free software community who want to be talk´s coordinators of certain lectures can show such interest. This call will be opened in mid-February 2008, please wait.

1 - What "talk´s coordinators" do?

a - Announces the title of the lecture to the public;

b - Reads the mini-curriculum of the speaker;

c - Helps the speaker if necessary;

d - Manages the time of the session for doesn´t spend more than 50 minutes, given 10 minutes of interval for the next speaker and coordinator prepare what is needed;

e - Controls questions.

2 - What are the advantages to be a talk´s coordinator?

a - privileged vision of the speech;

b - interaction with the speaker;

c - warrant taking your questions and the best place in the lecture;

d - won a certificate on the coordination of the speech;

e - is way to contribute to the community through the event.

3 – General Orientations:

a - In advance, please, go to the room of your speech, it is your responsibility to comply with the schedule, thus contributing to the smooth running of the event. (Who has already organised na event knows the importance ...). There you will be received by a receptionist of the company of events. The receptionist deliver (i) the term of granting image of the Speaker, allowing the dissemination of the speech and writing, (ii) the Certificate of fisl9.0 speaker and the Coordinator. The coordinator present to the public, helps in controlling the time and questions from the public.

b - The time of the speech is 50 minutes, including questions, allowing time to exchange speaker in the room;

c - Avoid delays, there is a big number of lectures, can cause delay in other sessions. Do not forget, your presence is important to the success of the event! In case of absence or any other problem at the last time, notify by telephone or by email. During the forum it is very difficult for us to check email with the frequency we would like, and telephone will certainly be easier to get answers.
